본 발명은 태양전지 배터리 일체형 디바이스에 관한 것으로서, 제1전극; 상기 제1 전극에 대향하는 제2전극; 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극 사이에 구비되는 전해질; 상기 제1 전극 상에 형성되고, 제1 파장영역대의 광을 흡수하는 광흡수층; 및 상기 광흡수층 상에 형성되고 제2 파장영역대의 광을 흡수하고 상기 전해질을 통해 이동하는 양이온을 저장 및 방출하는 광흡수저장층을 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a solar cell battery-integrated device which comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; an electrolyte installed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a light absorption layer formed on the first electrode and absorbing light in a first wavelength band; and a light absorption storage layer formed on the light absorption layer, absorbing light in a second wavelength band and storing and emitting positive ions moving through the electrolyte.
