Abstract

In the molecule of the title compound, C₁₅H₁₂Br ₂N₂, the 2,8-dibromo analogue of Tröger's base, the two aryl rings are offset with respect to one another by virtue of the diazocine bridge. The dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 94.45 (4)°.
