Abstract
A 350 MHz fifth-order elliptic opamp-RC filter demonstrates that opamp-based filters need not have bandwidth disadvantages compared to transconductor-based filters. The filter, fabricated in standard digital 0.18 μm CMOS with 1.8 V V DD, achieves 0.5 Vp-p signal swing at -40 dB THD.
