Abstract
The recent change of federal govermnent was accompanied by some political focus on education. Do you recall our new Prime Minister waving a laptop around at a press conference proclaiming it as the education tool of the 21 st century? Some observers labelled this a refieshing change, others interpreted it as a glib election stunt.
