Abstract
We report Tm3+ and Ho3+ doped ZBLAN waveguide lasers that operate at 1880 nm and 2046 nm, respectively. The Tm3+ laser achieved 48mW with a 50% slope efficiency, and we report the first lasing of a Ho3+ waveguide laser in any form.
