Abstract

This paper proposes a conceptual framework for operations healthcare, built on case analysis and the literature on service quality, innovation management, entrepreneurship, and sustainable operations healthcare. The framework was refined and assessed by interviews with the three groups of experts, based on their academic background, publications, and health managerial experience.
