Abstract

Queensland fruit flies (Tephriditae aka 'Q-fruit flies'), Australia's worst insect pest of horticultural crops, is managed with the Fruit fly Exclusion Zone (FFEZ) covering large parts of NSW, VIC & SA by the Sterile Insect Technique (SIT).
