    Abstract

The entrenched popular stereotype of the Hellenic minority in Australia as nothing more than a mere collection of 'fish-'n-chip shop' owners or cafe proprietors, has unfortunately overwhelmed and hidden the faces of Greek-Australians involved in a wide variety of occupational pursuits. This article provides an insight into the traditional, historical diversity of their occupations.
