    Abstract

    This report presents the findings of a small exploratory study that captured the views of the staff – namely the educators, co-ordinators, managers and the executive officers, working in one organisation - Primary OSHCare, a key provider of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) centres in the Sydney metropolitan area.
