A range of clinicopathological presentations of oral Kaposi's sarcoma are described in two patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. A predominantly ulcerative, non‐discoloured, early form of the neoplasm, which does not appear to have been reported previously, is described. 1988 Australian Dental Association
