Abstract

This paper gives an overview of the designing and detailed analysis of a procedure for removal of the noise in coaxial cable. The instrumentation amplifier is used for removal of noise due to its characteristic property of noise removal to a great extent. Noise of different shapes and frequencies is added to a signal and passed through a coaxial cable, the received signal at the other terminal of a coaxial cable is then fed to Instrumentation Amplifier for the improvement of the SNR of received signal. This paper covers the methods of the improvement and measurement of the SNR of any signal both theoretically and practically. Arduino UNO is used to calculate the SNR. The other procedures for noise removal are also discussed and a comparison between them as well as suggested procedure for the noise removal in coaxial cable is made.
