Abstract

This paper outlines the use of supply chain collaboration as an enabler in supply chains, particularly in the information communications and technology (ICT) industry. The paper uses the case of Fuji Xerox as an illustration of its collaboration with Optus to improve the communications of its ground level team of technicians. This paper attempts to demonstrate how the ICT industry and supply chain processes need to work closely together to create synergies across the entire value chain.
