    The content of this chapter is taken from workshops presented by Dodo J. Thampapillai, Senior Fellow with the Executive Education Unit at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, Adjunct Professor at the College of Design and Engineering at the National University of Singapore, Adjunct Professor at Macquarie University, and former Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. It is also taken, in part, from lectures delivered by Leong Ching, Associate Professor and Vice Provost (Student Life) at the National University of Singapore.
