Complexities in the managment of arterial compromise due to thoracic outlet syndrome

    Abstract

    A patient with arterial compromise secondary to thoracic outlet obstruction is presented and discussed. The case highlight the difficult in managment when initial surgery does not adequately decompress the outlet. It also demonstrates the risk to limb viability that may ensue.
