Abstract
A new method for computing the mutual coupling between aperture antennas using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method together with the Kirchhoff near-field to near-field tra70101nsformation is described. The method offers a reduction in computer storage, particularly for widely spaced antenna elements in an array.
