Abstract
A low-profile, rectangular, aperture-coupled dielectric-resonator antenna is analyzed using the method of moments (MoM). The analysis is formulated by deriving volume-integral equations for the resonator and the substrate. Theoretical E- and H-plane patterns obtained from the MoM compare well with measurements and previously published FDTD results.
