Abstract

The paper summarises the outcomes of a joint study undertaken by Macquarie University, the University of Sydney, the University of Newcastle, and the University of Technology, Sydney in association with the NSW Department of Education and Training. The joint reserach program tracked the experiences of graduates from the universities in their first years of teaching.
