CTAN up­date: pdfx v.1.5.84: PDF/X and PDF/A sup­port for pdfTeX

Up­date which ad­dresses the fol­low­ing as­pects:
1. re­stores com­pat­i­bil­ity with changes to the LaTeX core for 2017;
2. im­proved sup­port for XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX;
3. prop­erly ex­pands the hy­per­ref op­tions;
4. im­proved sup­port for ex­tended IPA char­ac­ters and mod­i­fiers, within
XMP meta­data; 5. cor­rect year and date on pack­age files;
6. mi­nor ed­its within the doc­u­men­ta­tion.
