Abstract

Have you ever found yourself in a battle against a system so powerful that you thought it was impossible to defy the odds? Granted, we all face challenges in life. There are days where demotivation or other impediments make us feel that we cannot succeed in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds. But there is this thing called perseverance that has been tested over and over again, and which enables some human beings to fight their way to success in a struggle with their Goliath. Professor Donald C. Kiraly’s (Don, henceforth) remarkable success in the translator education battlefield inevitably inspires a good hero story.
