Abstract
Roger Moser, an early Decision Intelligence (DI) advocate, argues that what has been in the making for decades is now becoming a reality and is of relevance to forecasters. However, there remain many obstacles to clearly defining DI and articulating how practitioners can apply DI for different decision types. To get started with DI, the forecaster is advised to think holistically about how they can influence the end-to-end process that moves from data to decision to action and back.
