Abstract
The historico-political developments have made the terms of the culture debate outmoded, even inhibiting to the formation of new political alliances demanded by the globalizing world. A paper is presented to pursue the logic of this excess of culture by adopting themes and paradigms from Jacques Derrida’s later work.
