Dual polarization operation of Nd:Ceramic YAG vs Nd: YAG lasers

Abstract

Dual frequency operation of Nd:ceramic YAG lasers shows enhanced mode coupling compared with that for Nd:YAG lasers. This is manifest in a stronger beat strength and more stable operation.
