Three cases concerning wrongful life tort claims and rejection of this claim by the NSW Supreme Court - wrongful life tort claims in foreign jurisdictions - little possibility of such a claim being accepted by Australian courts in the near future - the state of the law concerning wrongful life actions in foreign jurisdictions - wrongful birth claims in Australia and foreign jurisdictions.
