Abstract

Applications of co-design and related participatory approaches endeavour to democratise the process and product of health service research and improvement efforts. As a group of methods that are ground in a user-centric, participatory approach, co-design is valued for supporting people with lived experiences of a health condition or service to have their voices heard and acted upon via their contributions to co-design activities This article is protected by copyright.
