Abstract

This chapter examines how to establish supply chain robustness against corruption via exploring the interactions between various supply chain risks. Using empirical data from the dairy industry and a sustainable development model, leverage risks, specific risks whose mitigation significantly reduces corruption's impact on supply chains, are identified. By simulating different risk scenarios, how mitigating particular risks can enhance supply chain performance in the face of corruption is uncovered. The proposed method broadens perspectives on risk management and delivers actionable guidance for bolstering supply chain resilience across different sectors.
