Abstract
Backgrounds the Digital Opportunities projects (DigiOps) which were joint partnerships between government, ICT-related businesses, and those low-decile schools without access to ICT. Introduces the Digtal Opportunities Project model 2005-2007. Sets out the criteria for identifying the schools eligible for the new projects. Describes the seven new projects : Project ACTIVate, Project DISE, ChaOS Project, MOTIS Project, Digital Bridges Project, KOPU Project, and Community Technicians' (COMTEC) Project.
