Abstract

The authors have developed a new way to set up circuit harmonic balance equations in a circuit simulator. The new method flexibly assigns different analysis frequencies to different parts of the circuit according to user input. The improved multi-tone analysis method was implemented in the circuit simulator APLAC by the authors. Memory consumption and simulation times were smaller.
