Abstract

The article discusses about the friend based ranking process. Topics of discussion includes the study includes allowing the individuals to make errors and observing the ranking of their friends. To aggregate possibly conflicting and incomplete ranks the goodness-of-fit measure Then the brief empirical exercise to compare friend-based ranking mechanism with the traditional approach of community-based targeting.
