Abstract

There are three principles for a surgeon to follow in applying frontal sinus surgery. Firstly, to define the nature of the underlying mucosal inflammation. Secondly, to identify the goal of subsequent disease management and finally, to elicit how the proposed anatomical modification from surgery helps to achieve this goal.
