    Abstract

    In this book, Hilarie Roseman explores how members of Jewish, Christian, and Islamic organizations address unresolved questions of reconciliation and forgiveness in local and worldwide settings. Mending links means forgetting and disposing of old hurtful memories, looking carefully at human needs, and with the love and forgiveness that religions teach, working together to construct peace. The author clearly describes the essence of reconciliation and forgiveness. The manuscript was originally submitted as a Ph.D. thesis to Macquarie University, Australia.
