Abstract

The mean contents of the petrogenetic and trace elements, including the platinoids, in the main ultramafite varieties of the Guli intrusion are given. The slightly serpentinized dunites and chromitites are specialized in the refractory platinoids; the main platinoid in the clinopyroxenites and meymechites is palladium. The dunites include slightly serpentinized, serpentinized, and highly serpentinized varieties. It is concluded that during dunite serpentinization depletion in the refractory platinoids occurred, along with accumulation of palladium and the heavy lanthanoids.
