Abstract

An exhibition of historical and contemporary photographs of Greek-Australians, linked through extended oral history captions, researched information and 8 thematic sections. It attempted to provide a 'rounder' cultural, social and historical insight into Greek-Australians than the limiting stereotypes that existed. The exhibition toured nationally from the mid-1980s through to the early 1990s and featured the inclusion of local images at each venue.
