Abstract

When an individual fails to adjust to a world of other people, values and attitudes we generally think of him as being “mentallly ill”. This “mental illness” can often be described and categorised. However, we also need a method of describing and categorising the pathologies of the organisation whose demands may be in conflict with the aspirations of its members. 1979 Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI)
