Abstract
Welcome to the 2021 edition of Geographical Education. This edition is one outcome of the Australian Geography Teachers Association work around actioning a recommendation from Geography: Shaping Australia's Future, a strategic plan for the discipline. This recommendation focused on recognising geography as a partial STEM subject and hence, the title for this year's journal is How can STEM be enhanced by Geography? Susan Caldis as STEM Ambassador for Science and Technology Australia co-hosted a national symposia with Dr Grant Kleeman to initiate dialogue with leaders from the discipline about geography and STEM. As a result, Susan was invited to be Guest Editor for this edition of the journal
