Abstract
目的：建立同时测定冠脉康片中橙皮苷和芍药苷含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,柱温25℃,以乙腈-4%醋酸（25∶80）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果：芍药苷进样量在0.36~5.76μg（r=0.9997）范围内,橙皮苷进样量在0.006~0.096μg（r=0.9996）范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.4%和97.0%,RSD分别为1.09%（n=6）和1.21%（n=6）。结论：该方法简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
