Abstract

In this chapter, we aim to generate new understanding about identity management of sexual minorities who are racial and ethnic minorities and who live and work in Western and majority White countries.
Our arguments are informed by models of sexual identity development and we integrate perspectives of intersectionality and multicultural identities.
