Incremental Validity of the MMPI in Neurological Decision-Making

In a study employing actual clinical neurological cases, neurology residents and faculty demonstrated the “incremental validity” of the MMPI in neurological decision-making. The usefulness of this approach to the evaluation of psychological tests in practical clinical situations is confirmed.
