Abstract
In the August issue of the Journal, Part 1 of this article outlined the bases and contents of agreements negotiated with Canadian indigenous peoples, concentrating in particular on environmental and resource management issues. Part 2 now explores the potential for the negotiation of similar agreements in Australia.
