Abstract

This presentation examines the opportunity for greater innovation in Lifestyle Medicine through Implementation Science. Implementation Science models that enhance intervention planning and the dissemination of new evidence into practice will be discussed alongside some of the challenges of translating research outcomes into practice. The value of integrating Lifestyle Medicine with implementation science through greater collaboration between researchers and practitioners will be considered, to enhance patient-focused services and sustainable, resilient healthcare systems.
