Abstract

The possible implementations for linear optics CNOT gates were studied. The demonstration of gates by currently available sources was described. Spontaneous parametric down conversion and coherent states, and current detectors were considered as currently available sources. The nonoptimal input states and detectors produced errors in the demonstration of the gates.
