This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of conservative and surgical interventions on gait normalisation, ankle range of motion, and pain in children with idiopathic toe walking (ITW), identifying adverse effects of the interventions and the frequency of recurrence.
