Intracavity adaptive optics control of continuous-wave Nd: YVO₄ self-Raman lasers

Abstract

An adaptive-optics control loop was integrated within a self-Raman Nd:YVO₄ laser to alleviate thermal lensing resulting in power scaling of the Raman output by ~20%. Wavelength selection between two Raman laser outputs is also reported.
