Investigation of surface plasmon amplification in finite-width gold stripline based on "Nd:YVO4" crystal

    Abstract

    We report the strong surface plasmon amplification of the finite-width gold microstripline on Nd:YVO₄ crystal substrate at 1064nm. The low-loss plasmonic 2D waveguide may be advantageous for potential applications in standard optoelectronics devices.
