Abstract

Research has demonstrated that cultural values can explain differences in employees' reactions to (in)justice, sparse evidence is available for roles of cultural values in the underlying mechanisms of justice effects on employee attitudes. To shed light on this ignored area, this study examines whether individualism and power distance alter the direct and indirect impact of justice on employee commitment.
