Abstract

A LD pumped acoustooptic Q-switched Nd:YVO4-KTP intracavity frequency doubling green laser was developed recently. Stable series pulses of 532 nm green laser in TEM00 mode with threshold pumping power of 27mV was obtained. Under CW pumping power of 570mW, the peak power of green laser pulse reaches 1100W with pulse width of 4.6 ns. The output power is stable, its fluctuation is less than ±2% when the working temperature change is ±5°C. This device is expected to be widely used in many fields.
