Abstract
This book review explores and critiques Jean Baubérot's book 'Les 7 Laïcités Françaises – Le Modèle Français de Laïcité n’Existe Pas' [The 7 French Laïcités – The French Model of Laïcité Does Not Exist]. The aim of the review is to introduce an English audience to a key manuscript by arguably France's foremost expert on laïcité, accompanied by commentary on the book.
