Abstract
Numerous basic and ultrabasic xenoliths have been discovered within volcanic formations of the Kerguelen Islands. Three groups can be distinguished according to their textural features: 1) mantle xenoliths (residual harzburgites); 2) the ultrabasic and basic xenoliths with relics of magmatic textures; 3) crustal magmatic xenoliths. The two pyroxene-Al spinel xenoliths from type (2) could belong to cumulative series fractionated from an aluminous basalt (transitional?) in the conditions of crust-mantle boundary (16-20km) (underplating). Fe-Ri rich and type (3) xenoliths could be alkaline cumulates. There is an abridged English version. -English summary
