Linewidth narrowing and power enhancement in polariton lasers through the use of etalons

Abstract

By incorporating an etalon within an intracavity continuous wave terahertz polariton laser, we achieve a ten-fold reduction in linewidth, plus a factor of two increase in the THz output power.
