Research output: Book/ReportOther report

Abstract

This report presents findings from an environmental scan and literature review on early childhood education (ECE) that was conducted by Nicole Jamison as part of the University of Alberta Graduate Student Internship Program (GSIP) and supervised by Alberta Education. The goals of the environmental scans and literature review were to critically review and synthesize current ECE research; identify current and future possibilities of ECE in Alberta; and inform any future ECE programming options that may arise and the impact possible considerations may have on other ministries and the ECE workforce.
