    Abstract

    The article focuses on the immigrant language and mother tongue related issues in Australia faced by a different language speaker. It discusses the advantage of English being the national language of Australia which is language of narration, and conversation. The article talks on the English language dominance on other mother tongue and the experience of the Australian society.
